About the role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join our remote team and help drive data‑driven decisions for our marketing campaigns. You will work 36 hours over four days, analysing performance, optimizing bids, and supporting the creation of search and shopping campaigns across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse campaign and test results to assess performance.
- Evaluate average positions, click‑through rates, and bid effectiveness.
- Monitor market competition and BIZAY’s market performance.
- Review ad data and keywords at group level and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the team in building Search & Shopping campaigns for various markets.
- Create and implement banners, ads, and retargeting lists.
- Link retargeting lists to Google Analytics for tracking.
Required profile
- Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Information Management or a related field.
- Team‑player with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis.
