Junior IT Helpdesk

About the role

As a Junior IT Helpdesk you will join MORO TECH’s IT Support team to keep daily technology operations running smoothly. You will provide first‑line assistance, set up workstations, and help translate user needs into practical solutions while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve basic hardware, software, and access issues for users.
• Set up workstations, devices, and standard software packages.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and update help‑desk tickets.
• Investigate recurring problems and flag them to senior staff.
• Maintain simple documentation and user guides.
• Communicate clearly with users to understand issues and explain solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex problems.
• Suggest workflow or documentation improvements.
• Develop low‑code automations to improve efficiency.
• Gather and analyse data to support IT operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, or related field (optional).
• Personal interest in technology or informal experience.
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting methods and follow structured processes.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Team player who asks questions when unsure.
• Proactive, reliable, and organized.
• Professional fluency in English.
