Junior Designer – 4‑day workweek in Torres Vedras

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing marketing marketplace in Torres Vedras. You will work a 4‑day week (36 hours) supporting small and medium‑sized enterprises by ensuring their visual communications are of the highest quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage external design agencies, monitor their output and guarantee compliance with our quality and quantity standards.
- Review final client deliverables, approve them for printing and ensure they meet brand guidelines.
- Conduct internal quality checks on all orders to maintain consistency and reduce errors.
Required profile
- Adaptable, well‑organized and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
