Junior Data Analyst – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with project and program managers to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Use basic Python scripts for data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Based in Portugal with EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
