Junior Cash Collection Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Junior Cash Collection Specialist, focusing on French‑speaking customers. You will support the Order to Cash team by managing due and overdue balances, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining clean sales ledgers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and account queries to keep sales ledger balances accurate.
• Manage due and overdue balances, maximizing on‑time payments.
• Notify markets of uncollectable debt risks and work on mitigation.
• Execute collection activities according to market collection strategy.
• Respond to collection concerns from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze KPIs, participate in daily operational reviews, and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Implement business and internal controls for collection processes.
• Review and propose updates to standard routines as legal or process changes arise.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to propose and implement procedural improvements.
