About the role
The Junior Business Management Officer will join the CIO Office of Natixis in Portugal, supporting a global user base of around 6,000. The role focuses on resource management, time‑tracking, and portfolio project management to ensure operational efficiency across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for users worldwide, providing timely support through multiple channels.
- Manage and resolve tickets, performing updates and processes in Saphir Ressource and Activ‑BPCE tools.
- Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Activ‑BPCE time‑tracking solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs.
- Assist in resource planning, activity tracking, and KPI monitoring for the CIO Office.
Required profile
- Junior‑level professional with a good understanding of business processes and needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support users globally.
- Fluency in French is required.
