About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Italian‑English Customer Service Specialist to join our Porto team. In this on‑site position you will assist customers in both languages, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while representing Concentrix’s commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in Italian and English.
• Provide clear, accurate information and guidance.
• Handle concerns with patience, professionalism, and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational schedule, including occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Porto, Portugal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑oriented mindset.
