IT Training Lead, Senior Manager

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced IT Training Lead to design, govern, and deliver a scalable training capability across its global IT portfolio. The role will initially drive the training workstream for ESPHORA, a multi‑year SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring consistent standards, disciplined delivery, and measurable adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise training approach, including governance, methods, tools, metrics, and delivery model.
• Prioritize training scope and sequencing based on business criticality and program readiness.
• Integrate the training workstream with overall program plans, aligning with PMO milestones, release schedules, and deployment activities.
• Develop structured training plans covering content development, Train‑the‑Trainer, End‑User Training, and deployment readiness.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and report on training performance.
• Ensure training outputs align with upstream inputs such as process design, role mapping, and system readiness.
• Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of training content with business processes and program priorities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading IT training initiatives in large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑regional, multi‑release programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
