IT Support Technician – Onsite in Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join Ayesa Digital’s client site in Lisbon for a four‑month substitution project. The role is fully onsite and focuses on delivering first‑line technical assistance to corporate end‑users, ensuring swift resolution of incidents and high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via phone and ticketing system, handling incidents and service requests.
• Log, track and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or a comparable platform.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365 and related operating system issues.
• Manage user accounts, including Active Directory and Entra ID operations.
• Configure and support mobile devices on iOS and Android.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms and videoconferencing equipment (desirable).
• Deliver prompt assistance to VIP users and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon and to cover rotating shift patterns (08:00‑17:30 or 10:00‑19:00, Monday‑Friday).
