IT Support & Sysadmin (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

Dellent, a consulting company specialized in information systems and telecommunications, is seeking an IT Support‑Sysadmin for a project in the investment banking and financial services sector. The position is based in Porto, Portugal and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and Linux environments.
• Manage virtual infrastructure using VMware vCenter in complex settings.
• Deploy, configure and maintain SCCM/MECM deployment tools.
• Oversee clusters, SAN/NAS storage solutions (including NetApp) and related hardware.
• Monitor infrastructure with enterprise tools such as Zabbix.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Handle DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy and related services.
• Support network protocols, firewalls and load‑balancing solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 6‑9 years of professional experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
