IT Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Decskill is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead hybrid projects for international clients. You will be responsible for delivering technology initiatives from start to finish while ensuring clear communication in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in English and French.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in international environments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
