IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

Street Smash Burgers is expanding its IT function and seeks a proactive IT Helpdesk Specialist to be the first point of contact for user incidents across its multi‑country operations. You will ensure smooth daily technology operations for both corporate staff and store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and resolve user incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, email, passwords, applications and network connectivity.
• Configure and deploy equipment for new hires, including laptops, mobile devices and user accounts.
• Manage user provisioning, de‑provisioning, permissions and access rights.
• Install, update and maintain software across all devices.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 or specialist teams.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Support store technology such as POS systems, tablets and connectivity as new locations open.
• Continuously improve support processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote‑support solutions.
• Basic understanding of networking, hardware and user access management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a patient, service‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
