IT Desktop Support Technician – 100% Onsite (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our Lisbon team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to roughly 12,000 end‑users across multiple sites. The role is fully onsite and requires strong customer‑focused problem solving in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite hardware and software support for laptops, desktops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and iOS environments and resolve network, Wi‑Fi and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure and maintain applications, manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, handle deployments, user assignments and support moves, projects and technology transitions.
• Produce technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles and support reports, and collaborate with local and global IT teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Level 1/2 desktop support, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment and adapt to changing requirements.

• Microsoft Office and messaging technologies.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, thin clients, tablets and AV equipment.
