About the role
We are seeking an IT Buyer to support internal clients with purchasing requests, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and timely processing. The role is based in Lisbon and targets mid‑senior level professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Support internal clients with purchasing requests, balancing quality, cost and processing time.
- Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards and framework agreements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including the e‑signature process.
- Support IT Services procurement activities and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies and purchasing frameworks.
Required profile
- Mid to senior level experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Good knowledge of French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Contract reading, negotiation and management.
- Procurement software.
- Knowledge of IT regulations and requirements within IT contracts.
- Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
