About the role
Growin is looking for a passionate IT Business Manager to join its management team in Porto on a hybrid work model. You will drive business development, manage client portfolios and help attract top IT talent.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new customers and attract business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Continuously manage and grow the existing customer portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Monitor business metrics and report on performance.
- Source, interview and select IT candidates to meet client demands.
