iOS Developer – Porto

About the role

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to design, build, and maintain native iOS applications in Porto. You will turn business requirements and user stories into high‑quality, secure, and performant mobile solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Translate business requirements, storyboards and user journeys into functional mobile features.
• Integrate REST APIs and third‑party services, ensuring seamless backend interaction.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following modern software‑engineering principles.
• Implement automated tests, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical standards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and support continuous delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong experience developing native iOS applications.
• Advanced proficiency with Swift, Xcode, iOS SDKs, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, REST APIs, JSON and data persistence.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing and App Store deployment.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, security, accessibility and responsive UI design.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
