Instructor (TOPFAS) for NATO with Security Clearance

About the role

The Instructor will deliver theoretical and practical training on all TOPFAS applications for NATO and partner customers. The role involves preparing training environments, supporting the TOPFAS Section Head, and ensuring continuity of training services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and deliver TOPFAS training (theory and practice) at NCI Academy or customer sites.
• Support planning and coordination of TOPFAS iterations and business continuity.
• Assist other courses with TOPFAS‑related lessons as needed.
• Develop classroom, remote, online and blended learning delivery methods.
• Create visual, audio‑visual and multimedia teaching aids, notes and handouts.
• Apply Academy Quality Assurance policies and contribute to Course Control Documentation.
• Deputize for higher‑grade staff when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Knowledge of the NATO Operations Planning Process.
• Hands‑on experience with TOPFAS applications (OPT, SAT, CAT).
• Qualifications in one or more NCIA Academy TOPFAS courses (e.g., SAT, OPT, CAT, System Administrator, Train‑the‑Trainer).
