Inside Sales Specialist DACH – Focus on Renewals

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Specialist to join its Retention Team for the EMEA region. You will focus on renewing and expanding contracts with German‑speaking customers, ensuring that annual recurring revenue (ARR) is retained and grown.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the renewal process to retain or expand ARR.
• Identify customer‑level risks and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build and maintain business relationships via phone and email.
• Discover cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and provide feedback to improve internal processes.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (optional).
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, preferably focused on renewals.
• Experience in an IT environment with SaaS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in an international team.
• Customer‑centric, results‑oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
