Inside Sales – Beauty Advisor

About the role

As an Inside Sales Associate at Cosmoprof, you will create memorable shopping experiences for customers seeking hair, beauty and cosmetics solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding shoppers through product choices while representing the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary beauty products.
• Inform customers about current promotions, events and the loyalty program.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales and promotional events.
• Accurately complete transactions and maintain a professional store environment.
• Communicate inventory issues and ensure shelves are well‑stocked.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Passion for hair, beauty and cosmetics.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work on ladders and handle occasional exposure to fumes.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country of employment.
