Inside Sales Advisor – Porto

About the role

As an Inside Sales Advisor you will be the first Tesla voice customers hear. Working from an office in Porto, you will handle inbound sales and delivery contacts, guiding prospects through the buying journey and helping them enjoy their new Tesla.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats, emails and SMS from current and prospective customers.
• Qualify leads, assess needs and schedule test‑drive experiences.
• Influence purchase decisions with a stress‑free, educational approach.
• Support sales and delivery teams while meeting personal and team metrics.
• Plan and optimise phone time, follow call structures and handle objections.
• Provide feedback on communication efforts and share insights from customer interactions.
• Participate in company meetings, customer events and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Team player with a proactive, never‑fail attitude.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Strong relationship‑management skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Positive, energetic phone presence with excellent listening and writing abilities.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard productivity tools such as MS Office.
• Experience using CRM applications.
• Comfortable navigating the internet and handling email/voicemail systems.
