Information Technology Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Technician to provide on‑site technical support to end users, install equipment, and ensure timely handling of service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, UPS, scanners and audiovisual equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Install and configure hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Handle service requests via Service Desk, phone and email, documenting incidents and keeping tickets up‑to‑date.
• Configure email accounts, servers, switches and printers.
• Perform client site visits when required and coordinate replacement parts.
• Ensure timely closure of service tickets.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support or service.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking and ticketing systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Own vehicle for client visits.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $15.00.
