Industrialization Project Engineer

About the role

The Industrialization Project Engineer will lead the development and implementation of projects that bring Bontaz products from concept to production. You will manage technical, quality, cost and schedule targets while serving as the main contact for internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and structure project specifications, assess feasibility and define phases, timelines and monitoring methods.
• Identify and coordinate project stakeholders, ensuring resource allocation and cross‑functional alignment.
• Monitor QCD (quality, cost, delivery) indicators, detect deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct risk analysis and proactively escalate roadblocks.
• Lead internal, customer and supplier audits.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across all project phases.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related field.
• Experience in industrialization and/or project management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as IATF, APQP and PPAP is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication across teams and hierarchies.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working under pressure.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar).
• Knowledge of IATF quality standard.
• Knowledge of APQP methodology.
• Knowledge of PPAP process.
