Industrial Project Manager

About the role

ACE Development & Engineering is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of assembly line projects in Porto, Portugal. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full project lifecycle for assembly line and manufacturing projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, engineering teams and integrators.
• Plan, track and control timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across all parties.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Familiarity with industrial projects, manufacturing setups and automation (e.g., packaging lines).
• Good command of Portuguese and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong organisational skills.
