About the role

The Housekeeping Houseperson ensures that guest areas such as corridors and elevators remain clean and welcoming. The role also includes delivering items like luggage, irons, and coffee to guest rooms, supporting a smooth guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, and all assigned public areas.
• Deliver guest-room items promptly, including luggage, irons, coffee, and other requested amenities.
• Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during duties.
• Adhere to flexible scheduling, including long or irregular hours as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the state where the property is located.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform physically demanding tasks.
