Hotel Sales Manager – MICE (Lisbon)

About the role

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager for the MICE segment in Lisbon. The role focuses on driving meetings, incentives, conferences and events business across the assigned territory, representing a portfolio of more than 300 hotels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, retain and manage potential MICE clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships within the existing client portfolio.
• Promote the Eurostars brand and present its products and services to prospects.
• Attend trade fairs and tourism events to increase visibility.
• Visit prospective clients and conduct sales presentations in the assigned territories.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Hotel Sales Executive or Manager in the MICE segment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Tourism or a related field is desirable.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Fluent English communication.
