Hotel Manager – Atipico Lisbon

About the role

As the Hotel Manager for Atipico Lisbon, you will lead the hotel through a major repositioning toward a premium lifestyle concept. You will ensure seamless daily operations while coordinating the phased renovation of the reception, restaurant, and guest rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational side of the hotel’s phased transformation, minimizing guest disruption.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and procurement teams to ready renovated spaces for launch, including staffing, equipment, and workflow setup.
• Provide operational input on design decisions to balance aesthetics with efficiency.
• Drive strategic commercial performance, improving ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and F&B revenue.
• Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to adjust pricing, segmentation, and distribution as the product evolves.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Maintain high standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel operations, preferably in a transformation or repositioning context.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving key performance indicators.
• Excellent leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (design, construction, revenue, marketing).
