About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at Martinhal Resorts as a Host/Hostess, where you will help create beautiful, unforgettable moments for guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service flow in a luxury family‑focused resort.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with service staff to maintain an efficient dining flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Required profile
- Strong customer orientation and excellent presentation.
- Fluency in English (essential).
- Good computer skills, particularly with Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, initiative, and responsibility.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
