Help Desk Technician

About the role

Join a leading Portuguese technology consulting firm as a Help Desk Technician. You will provide Level‑1 technical support to internal users and clients across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve first‑line incidents related to computers, mobile devices, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
• Assist with user account management in Active Directory and enforce basic IT security policies.
• Diagnose connectivity issues and basic network protocol problems.
• Document tickets, follow up with users, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Required profile

• Experience or familiarity with help‑desk or Level‑1 technical support.
• Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft technologies and collaborative tools.
• Understanding of IT and cyber‑security basics in a corporate environment.
