About the role
Angels Partners is seeking a Head of Sales & Account Manager to lead revenue generation and client success for its curated matchmaking platform. This fully remote, full‑time position works directly with early‑stage startup founders, helping them navigate fundraising and maximize platform value.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from founders, conduct discovery calls and communicate the value proposition.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, converting leads into paying customers and meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring platform success and high satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand service adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reporting.
Required profile
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS, startups, or fundraising.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, fundraising processes, or investor relations.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

- Base salary $3,000 per month plus 20% commission (typical earnings $70k–$90k annually).
