Head of Product Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic storyteller to lead product marketing for a fast‑growing SaaS company in Portugal. In this remote‑first leadership position you will shape product positioning, drive go‑to‑market excellence, and influence category leadership across enterprise and mid‑market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies to ensure clear differentiation.
• Plan, execute, and measure major product launches in close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and competitive‑intelligence programs.
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as presentations, battle cards, one‑pagers, and objection‑handling guides.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define industry narratives and support thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Manage analyst relationships and contribute to analyst engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure consistent product storytelling across all channels.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to product and commercial leadership, providing market insights and growth recommendations.

Required profile

• Extensive senior product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategies for complex software.
• Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end product launches.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and mid‑market buying journeys.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
