Head of CRM

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Head of CRM to own and scale its owned marketing channels, including in‑app, email and website communications. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end platform that delivers the right message to the right customer at the right time, supporting the company’s rapid growth and mission to simplify finance for millions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical platform behind customer communications, ensuring speed, reliability and scalability.
• Design and manage intelligent routing logic that delivers personalized messages while preventing over‑messaging.
• Implement guardrails such as templates, rules and quality checks to maintain high content standards as volume grows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to translate business needs into platform capabilities.
• Report on revenue impact and performance of in‑app marketing channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM or marketing operations within a hyper‑growth, global tech environment.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, routing/orchestration and channel management.
• Strong technical instincts to own platform architecture and work alongside engineers.
• Commercial mindset with demonstrable impact on P&L or gross profit through marketing channels.
• Ability to transform complex operational challenges into clear, rule‑based, scalable systems.
