Head of Corporate Real Estate

About the role

Unilabs is looking for a strategic Head of Corporate Real Estate to lead the management and optimisation of its global property portfolio. In this senior leadership position you will shape the real‑estate strategy, drive acquisitions, leasing, development and facility management across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified real‑estate strategy, overseeing lease administration, renewal forecasting, expirations and FM projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align site selection, acquisitions and dispositions with Unilabs’ overall business objectives.
• Lead CRE programmes, database systems and cross‑border projects, ensuring alignment with local and corporate initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external brokers, vendors and specialists to support transactions, capital projects and lease optimisation.
• Develop and control a global real‑estate budget, partnering with Finance and Transformation on cost‑saving initiatives and reporting.
• Negotiate and oversee real‑estate transactions (leases, purchases, sales) using appropriate vendors, legal support and financial analysis.
• Establish, document and report real‑estate standards, metrics, policies, procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate real‑estate management experience, including property acquisition, leasing and facility management.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to identify investment opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven analytical and financial‑modelling expertise.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop teams.
• Innovative mindset with strategic thinking to drive business results.
