Head Manager – Bakery & Café Operations

About the role

As Head Manager you will set the rhythm for Etma Bakery and its adjoining café, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the warmth and precision that Neptune Commune is known for. You will lead a diverse team, safeguard standards, and drive operational excellence across both the bakery and café.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Etma Café & Bakery, ensuring top‑level service.
• Track and control key performance metrics such as revenue, costs, and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements to meet financial targets.
• Manage the full partner journey, from order intake to satisfaction tracking.
• Coordinate bakery production with sales, setting clear priorities for the Head Baker.
• Provide timely feedback, address performance issues, and maintain a motivated team environment.
• Monitor guest and B2B partner feedback, resolve recurring issues, and enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with licences, supplier contracts, and financial discipline.
• Update bar menus, align reservations for special events, and ensure consistent standards across the space.
