About the role
As a Guest Experience Agent at W Hotels, you will create memorable moments for guests throughout their stay. You will be empowered to move freely across the property, respond to guest needs, and ensure every interaction feels part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational tasks, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Albufeira.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift light items for extended periods.
