Guardia/Conductor Armado

About the role

Loomis is seeking an Armored Guard/Driver to ensure the safe collection and delivery of cash, coins, and valuable items for financial institutions and retail clients. You will work as part of a team, operating armored vehicles and providing secure cash‑handling services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive armored vehicles on designated routes serving client locations.
• Provide service to ATMs and Smart Safes, including cash replenishment and deposit collection.
• Deliver cash orders and collect deposits at client sites.
• Load and unload vehicle cargo, handling multiple cash bags and coin boxes.
• Count, record, and sign for all items loaded and unloaded.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum three years of clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DOT medical examiner certificate and Puerto Rico Public Service Commission medical approval.
• Valid Puerto Rico firearms permit.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Full‑time schedule (40‑50 hours/week) with a minimum of five days per seven‑day period; weekend work may be required.
• Successful completion of a Human Performance Evaluation (lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling tests).
