Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive mobile acquisition across key platforms. You will own campaign execution, performance analysis, and attribution in a privacy‑first environment, working closely with product, data, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise mobile campaigns on Google UAC, Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads.
• Analyse performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently.
• Set up and troubleshoot attribution using AppsFlyer or Adjust, including SKAN and ATT frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on measurement challenges.
• Monitor KPIs, produce performance reports and insights.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to boost results.
• Identify trends and new opportunities in mobile marketing and attribution.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or relevant academic exposure.
• Degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets.
• KPI‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
