Growth Marketer – Multi‑Channel Growth Execution

About the role

Barter is looking for a Growth Marketer to act as the operational right‑hand of the Head of Growth. You will own the execution of multi‑channel growth initiatives across SEO, AI‑driven content, lead magnets, and conversion optimisation, allowing the Head of Growth to focus on strategy and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of organic growth channels (SEO, GEO, content marketing, lead magnets) and define the channel roadmap.
• Design, launch and optimise landing pages and CRO experiments across multiple markets.
• Identify automation opportunities within the growth stack (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to scale output without increasing headcount.
• Develop and manage lead‑magnet strategies for both Platform and Agency ICPs, including AI‑powered content pipelines.
• Build and optimise HubSpot nurturing sequences in collaboration with Growth Operations.
• Write, test and iterate cold‑email copy, performing A/B tests on hooks, angles and segments.
• Maintain cross‑channel performance dashboards and reporting for SEO, content, email, paid and retargeting.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience running growth experiments across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention).
• Comfort with AI tooling and prompt engineering to generate high‑quality content at scale.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, international environment.
