Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360 is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to attract brands, generate leads and convert them into customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth channels, experiment rapidly and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, executing campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages while obsessing over conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about performance.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth tactics and tools.
• Highly motivated to become an expert in growth marketing.
• Self‑directed and scrappy, able to define the “how” without waiting for instructions.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content creation, lifecycle marketing and funnel optimisation.
• Proficiency in using AI‑powered tools for research, copy, targeting and automation.
