Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager to shape its AI‑augmented learning ecosystem. You will combine data‑driven experimentation with rapid execution to drive user acquisition and engagement for an EdTech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, copy, and launch growth experiments (landing pages, email flows, ads) from concept to live deployment.
• Use AI tools (Claude AI) daily to generate hypotheses, create assets and accelerate iteration.
• Build and maintain automation workflows that replace manual development tasks.
• Analyse cohort data, identify vanity metrics and make data‑backed decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to align growth tactics with product roadmap.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
• Fluent in French and English, able to craft persuasive copy in both languages.
• Bias toward action: ship a minimum viable test quickly rather than waiting for a perfect plan.
• Comfortable interpreting data visualisations and distinguishing signal from noise.

Required skills

• Claude AI (or comparable generative AI) for prompt engineering and content creation.
• Automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, custom scripts).
• Landing‑page builders (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, Carrd).
• Data analysis tools for cohort tracking and metric evaluation.
