About the role
Revolut is seeking a Growth Account Executive to drive acquisition and adoption of Revolut Business solutions within the French market. You will combine industry knowledge with product expertise to match customers with the right features and accelerate revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse assigned accounts to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities using a solution‑based sales approach.
- Conduct discovery calls, follow‑ups, and regular check‑ins to build strong customer relationships.
- Articulate the value proposition of Revolut Business features against competitors.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets aligned with team KPIs.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication.
- 2+ years of B2B sales or commercial experience, preferably in telesales or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
