Greek Customer Advisor in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Greek‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our international support team in Lisbon. You will assist Greek‑language customers across chat, email and social media, handling account, billing and basic technical queries while representing a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support in Greek via chat, email and social media.
• Answer account, billing and service navigation questions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Document interactions accurately and update case outcomes.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to specialised teams.
• Follow quality standards, data protection policies and internal workflows.
• Share feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
• Collaborate with multicultural teammates and participate in training.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Greek (written and spoken).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Professionalism, empathy and a positive, team‑oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn multiple tools.
• Experience with CRM systems or e‑commerce support is advantageous.
