Graphic Designer – Remote B2B Content

About the role

This remote position is for a Graphic Designer based in Portugal, focused on turning complex B2B ideas into clear, visually compelling designs. You will work on reports, ebooks, social assets, and print magazines, collaborating with writers, marketers, and strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually engaging reports, ebooks, whitepapers, and research documents that meet client and internal brand standards.
• Translate data, frameworks, and research insights into clear visual narratives and infographics.
• Create custom diagrams and visual systems from concept to polished output.
• Lead or support the design of print magazines, ensuring strong layout and storytelling.
• Produce consistent digital and social media assets for multiple client channels.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering on time without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and marketers to align visuals with strategic messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent visual storytelling ability to simplify complex content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce production‑ready designs.
• Effective time‑management skills in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Collaborative communication style and openness to feedback.
• Self‑directed work ethic with ownership from concept to delivery.
