Graphic Designer – Patient Recruitment & Enablement

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its Patient Recruitment and Enablement teams. You will create high‑impact visual assets for print, web and multimedia projects that help attract and retain participants in global clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Design illustrations, branding, layouts and digital advertising for patient‑facing materials, posters, brochures and websites.
• Collaborate with recruitment leads, editors, production teams, printers and writers to deliver final assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting budgeted hours and tight deadlines.
• Review final designs with senior creatives and ensure files are production‑ready.
• Maintain accurate filing of graphic files, layouts and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design or a related field, or equivalent portfolio.
• 2‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and a solid sense of design development.
