Graphic Content Designer (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

Barter is looking for a Graphic Content Designer to join its fast‑moving marketing team. The role is fully remote from Portugal and focuses on creating on‑brand visual assets that support campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign assets, social posts, static ad banners for Meta, TikTok and other channels using Figma.
• Create slide decks, one‑pagers, proposals and case studies for client‑facing materials.
• Produce visual assets for the marketing website, merch, event stands, signage and giveaways.
• Develop onboarding flows, in‑app campaign visuals, newsletters, app‑store screenshots and product page assets.
• Maintain brand guidelines, presentation templates, asset library and image bank.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic or content design experience (agency experience a plus).
• Based in Portugal and available to work five days a week remotely.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, colour systems and branding.
• Proactive attitude with ownership and initiative.
