Global Solutions Consultant – Identity Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you will help sell the RiskOps platform to high‑profile financial institutions, partnering with sales to understand client needs and demonstrate how Feedzai’s identity solutions meet those needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions both remote and onsite across Europe.
• Assist the sales team in delivering tailored, value‑driven pitches focused on identity.
• Understand client business needs and design solutions, offering continuous education and problem‑solving.
• Manage formal tenders (RFPs, RFIs) and build proposals throughout the sales process.
• Engage with stakeholders from Product to Delivery to ensure appropriate staffing and share market insights.

Required profile

• BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Solution Consultant in complex environments, preferably in financial services identity solutions.
• Proven commercial and sales experience supporting quota carriers in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience at a growth‑stage enterprise software SaaS company.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Self‑starter, organized, and able to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
