Global Bid Manager

About the role

Sodexo Business Services is seeking a Global Bid Manager to lead the end‑to‑end tender process for complex, multi‑country strategic accounts. You will drive the bid strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure high‑quality, winning proposals that align with Sodexo’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full bid lifecycle for large‑scale, multi‑region opportunities, from opportunity assessment to final submission.
• Develop and execute bid plans, chair core team meetings and act as the single point of contact for issue resolution.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks that could affect client timelines or bid quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, approval processes and bid documentation standards.
• Prepare Go/No‑Go assessments, RFI/RFP responses, presentations, yellow‑pad materials and site‑solution proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑country or multi‑region bids.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey win themes and value propositions.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high documentation standards.
