German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual German‑English speaker to join an international customer service team in Lisbon. In this on‑site position you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support to customers in German and English via phone, email or chat.
• Understand customer needs, offer appropriate solutions and follow established procedures.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality throughout each interaction.
• Use internal digital tools and systems to log and manage requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and consistent support.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rotational shift environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lisbon and adapt to rotating schedules.
