About the role

A German-speaking customer support representative is needed in Porto to handle first-contact customer queries for the Service RetailAssist business. The role covers phone banking tasks such as order execution, card operations and complaint handling.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer questions and execute orders in first contact
Set up phone banking ID and T-PIN and the Postbank app
Handle card blocking, unblocking and exchange requests
Record phishing cases and accept payment transaction orders
Provide product information and record complaints
Sell products or services when necessary (not currently)

Required profile

Good German expression (C1+) and conversational English (B1+)
Active listening and enjoyment of customer service
Willingness to solve difficult cases in first contact and resistance to stress
