About the role

We are seeking a fluent German speaker to join our customer service team in Porto. The German Customer Service Specialist will handle inquiries from German‑speaking clients across phone, email and chat, ensuring high‑quality support and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to German‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Develop deep knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate information.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Record all interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to drive service improvements.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude in all communications.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in English for collaboration with international teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with patience and adaptability.
