About the role

Exatronic, an electronics engineering and manufacturing company based in Aveiro, Portugal, is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for its client portfolio. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the company’s international market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, fostering long‑term relationships and driving retention.
• Respond promptly to requests, orders, queries and complaints via all communication channels.
• Participate in client meetings, both on‑site and remote, including interactions with international counterparts.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining clear, empathetic communication.
• Coordinate with internal technical, production and commercial teams to address complex cases and channel feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Exatronic’s product offerings, processes and policies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client service and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and defined response times.

• Fluent written and spoken communication in English (mandatory).

Required skills
